Everyone who works at the agency shares the same spirit. Every brand on the planet wakes up every morning facing change that is faster and more difficult to predict than at anytime.

We are 100% independent, so we make our decisions for the benefit of our clients’ brands not for the bottom line of a holding company.

We are the 2nd biggest independent advertising agency in the UK by billings with over £100m.

We offer a range of services to new and existing clients where we are able to handle every detail of planning and implementing advertising campaigns. This leaves our client to continue to do their thing, whilst we do ours.

Andy Fowler

When Andy founded Brothers and Sisters in 2006, he didn’t want to be like any other agency. He imagined a place where brilliant minds would create cutting edge campaigns across any media. In 8 years one man has become 60 boys and girls who share the same dream. Along the way he has created famous work across many platforms, from hilarious Joanna Lumley TV work for Sky to multi-award winning mobile innovation for the Museum of London and cutting edge use of data for Spotify and so much more. Andy proudly oversees one of the most progressive creative departments in London.

Matt Charlton

Matt joined Brothers and Sisters in  2014, before this, had an exceptionally varied, colourful and progressive journey. Matt became MD of TBWA/London before moving to the Netherlands and then Boston for Modernista! There he worked with Bono, Bush, Gates, Clinton and Spongebob Squarepants. Back in the UK, Matt co-founded BETC London that won the Global Bacardi account, the European Diet Coke account and numerous others.

Kevin Brown

Highlights include the multi-award winning augmented apps Streetmuseum for The Museum of London and Street Tag for Channel 4 as well as the Cannes Lions-nominated Dickens Dark London graphic novel series. Kevin began his career as a journalist developing digital products at Diageo’s UDV Guinness and Express Newspapers. He later launched interactive music services for Sky; worked as head of interactive for Virgin Media TV and digital development director at IPC Media. In 2014, he launched Making, our in-house production arm.
