The Problem

The past few years had already seen Center Parcs elevate their brand to be an aspirational short break destination for families, where they could spend precious time together, bond and make memories. 

However, lots of non-customers still think that family togetherness at Center Parcs is inter-changeable with lots of other brands, renting a holiday let, or even just going out for bike ride together. We needed to tell non-customers that there is another level of feeling real family togetherness at Center Parcs you don’t realise is possible until you experience it yourself. And remind existing customers why they should re-book.

The Solution

We created a new brand platform “Family Forever”, celebrating the fact that real, powerful, family time together lasts a lifetime not just a moment.
